1.General Information
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Liaisone.io platform, operated by Drum Class S.R.L., Via San Giovanni Bosco 4, Milan, Italy.
2.Scope of Services
Liaisone.io is a B2B analytics platform providing marketing analytics, CRM integrations, advertising performance insights, and attribution metrics.
3.Account Registration
Users must register or authenticate via supported providers and ensure lawful authority over connected accounts.
4.Data Access & Integrations
By connecting external platforms, users authorize access to advertising, CRM, and lead metadata strictly within granted permissions.
5.Access via AI Assistants (Model Context Protocol)
Users may access the Platform through AI assistants that connect to the Liaison Model Context Protocol (MCP) server (including but not limited to Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT) via an OAuth 2.0 session that the user explicitly authorizes. Use of the Platform through any such assistant is subject to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy in the same way as direct access through the web app. The user remains responsible for the AI assistant they choose to authorize and for the conduct of that assistant within their session.
Liaison is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI provider; the AI provider's own terms and privacy policy govern its services. The Company does not use data accessed via MCP to train any AI model, and exposes only read-only tools through the MCP server.
6.Data Ownership
All processed data remains the property of the user or the original provider. The Company does not resell or redistribute data.
7.Webhooks & Historical Data
The Platform processes both historical and real-time data when legally available. Availability depends on third-party APIs.
8.Limitations of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. The Company is not liable for third-party data inaccuracies or resulting business decisions.
9.Suspension & Termination
Access may be suspended in case of violations or revoked permissions. Users may terminate accounts at any time.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable EU regulations.
